PP-1 Bleed Block:
Instruction:
1. Remove the brake pads
2. Push all pistons back
3. Insert the block and secure with bolt
4. Carry out the bleeding process of the brake
5. Remove and clean the block
PR-1 Tool Block Piston Release
Instruction:
1. Remove the brake pads
2. Identify the stuck piston or start with any
3. Push all pistons back
4. Insert the block with the correct position at the choose piston and secure with bolt
5. Push the brake lever up to the stucked piston move out
6. Remove and clean the block
7. Clean the piston and push it back
8. Proceed with the other pistons
PPR-1 Bleed Block & Tool Block Piston Release:
Instruction:
1. Remove the brake pads
2. Choose the bleeding or piston release tool
3. Insert the block and secure with bolt
4. Bleeding tool: Carry out the bleeding process of the brake
5. Piston release tool: Push the brake lever up to the stucked piston move out; Remove and clean the block; Clean the piston and push it back
6. Proceed with the other pistons
CA-1 Tool Block Caliper (disc max. 2mm)
Instruction:
1. Check the maximum thickness of the disc
2. Remove the brake pads
3. Loosen the caliper bolts
4. Insert the block and secure with bolt
5. The caliper automatically aligns itself when the block is inserted
6. Tighten the caliper bolts
7. Remove and clean the block
(8). If removing the block up from the caliper is too tight remove the wheel down and push the block out
Attention: The caliper alignment tool block is not suitable for pushing pistons back.
