CA-1 Tool Block | Service & Install

Tools Needed

• Isopropyl
• Q-tips or small brusch
• Hex or screw driver to remove the brake pad bolt
• Plastic lever or special brake service tool

Service Steps

1. Loosen the brake caliper bolts, do not remove the wheel
2. Disassemble the pads
3. Clean the pistons before pushing them back to prevent dirt from getting into the piston seals
4. Push all pistons to the back using a plastic lever or special service tool
5. Insert the Tool Block CA-1, the caliper align automatically during instertion with the rotor guiding
6. Tighten the brake caliper bolts
7. Remove the wheel first, than remove the block
8. Assemble the pads on the caliper
9. Fit the wheel onto the frame/fork
