PR-1 Tool Block | Service & Install
Tools Needed
- Isopropyl
- Q-tips or small brusch
- Hex or screw driver to remove the brake pad bolt
- Plastic lever or special brake service tool
Service Steps
- Remove the wheel
- Disassemble the pads
- Clean the pistons before pushing them back to prevent dirt from getting into the piston seals
- Push all pistons to the back using a plastic lever or special service tool
- Insert the Bleed Block PR-1 and secure with bolt
- Push the brake lever and realease the stuck piston
- Remove the block, clean the released piston and proced with all other pistons as well
- Assemble the pads on the caliper
- Fit the wheel onto the frame/fork
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
