Griptape | Service & Install

The Griptape is the fast and easy solution for an improved grip when used on bike shifters or remote levers, even when wet. It can be applied on the various surfaces by hand.

Application Procedure:

1. For maximum bond strength, the substrate surface should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. Typical cleaning solvents are heptane and isopropyl alcohol. (do not use a refatting household cleaner)

2. Remove protective cover, do not touch adhesive.

3. Then apply the griptape on the provided surface and press firmly for at least 10 seconds.

4. Ideal tape temperature application range is 15°C to 25°C). Do not strain the glue before 24 hours.
